Our Winning Women events give you the opportunity to meet women who have the energy and determination to have it all. Attend our Winning Women: Inside Investment Banking event and you will find out what we're like, first hand, from the women who are living the life. Hearing their stories, you'll soon see how J.P. Morgan strikes a balance between the professional and the personal, encouraging each woman to plot out her own course.

On the evening of November 18 you will attend a networking dinner reception with senior female employees, as well as more junior women who were in your position just a few years ago. This informal event is your opportunity to learn about what it's like to work for a global investment bank - and have all your questions answered.

The following day will involve presentations by some of our inspirational leaders, interactive activities, shadowing the trading floor and sessions to help you make the best of your skills, in preparation for a career in investment banking.

Previous Winning Women attendees have gone on to secure summer internship positions and some are now working with us full-time.

To attend, you should be in your penultimate year of study (graduating in 2010), on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent, in any subject. An interest in the financial markets is required.
